npk products has an extensive experience in the delivery of moulds from both China and Portugal. These moulds are to be used for part production in Europe or the United States. Usually we outsource moulds for projects consisting of 5 up to 25 moulds. The part sizes vary from circa 10 mm up to 1200 mm. Depending on urgency, price, complexity and the client preferences we outsource the moulds to our preferred network of mould makers in China or Portugal. We do not use agents or middle men. Most of our Chinese mould suppliers are located in Guangdong province in Southern China. Our office in Hong Kong is ideally located close to this region. From here we can perform daily quality control at our suppliers’ factories. Quality inspection of samples and release of export moulds is usually done in China by our project managers from Leiden.
