Bicycle seat
Hamax of Norway is a long time client of npk. npk products organized and managed the production of 13 export moulds to produce a children’s bicycle seat in China. The largest mould in this project weighs of more than 6000 kg. It produces a bicycle seat for children up to 25 kg that can recline so as to allow for a comfortable napping position. In this mould the part is ejected from the injection side by using an autonomic hydraulic ejection system.
